Chillers from the Screw Qualirme Line, have capacities from 200,000 to 1,200.00 Kcal/h, this equipment was specially developed for processes that require large refrigeration capacities.

The differential of this line is the ''screw compressor'', which guarantees a system with greater DURABILITY x PRODUCTION, in addition to saving energy due to its operating system, the equipment adjusts to the temperature of each process through capacity modulation compressors through coupled valves, being able to use 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the equipment capacity.

Screw chillers are also equipped with variable fans that ensure greater cooling capacity, in addition to having an exclusive system for controlling condensation, thermal load variation, high-performance plate exchanger and remote panel.

The control of Qualiterme chillers is done through PLC-type electronic controllers, which have several features, including the option of 4 individual circuits, all independent, with visualization of equipment operation through the touch screen, with sound and light warnings in real-time operation. All adjustments and configurations can be accessed through this center or through the Control Chiller app (exclusive Qualirme application) developed by Qualiterme to assist the operator, customers and also monitoring by Qualiterme technical assistance.
