Control Chiller is concerned with your privacy and, as a result, takes all the necessary measures to protect your privacy, in compliance with the legislation in force.

This Privacy and Security Policy, which appears below, details the ways of collecting, storing, using, sharing and disclosing your personal data, as well as clearly pointing out the measures taken to ensure the protection of the collected data and constitutes an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. It is important that the User keep his password in complete secrecy, avoiding its disclosure to third parties. Also, the User will never be asked by Control Chiler to inform their password outside the Site/Application, and the password must be used when accessing the User Account on the Site/Application. If the User suspects that his password has been exposed to third parties, Control Chiller recommends the immediate replacement of the password.

Only emails with advertising messages are sent to the User by Control Chiller, advertising products and services or updating information. Control Chiller does not send messages requesting the User's personal data, requesting the User's password or financial data, with attached files except PDF documents, or with links to download files. If you receive an e-mail with such characteristics, disregard it and contact Control Chiller.

Despite Control Chiller's greatest efforts, the current state of technology does not allow creating a database that is absolutely secure against attacks. In this way, Control Chiller disclaims any liability for damages that may be caused by third parties, including intrusions into the Application or the database, viruses or information leaks, unless Control Chiller's exclusive fault is proven.

5. Use of data in case of change of control of Control Chiller
The data collected by Control Chiller may eventually be transferred to a third party in the event of a change in control, acquisition, incorporation, merger or sale of Control Chiller assets in any way or form.

6. Minors data policy
The Application is not intended for persons under 18 (eighteen) years of age. The forms and questionnaires on the Control Chiller website are not intended to collect data from minors. If such data is entered by minors, their legal representative may contact Control Chiller to rectify, modify or remove such data.

In addition, it is up to the User to frequently check this Privacy Policy, in view of the possibility of frequent updating.

Carefully read the information presented below, as acceptance of this Policy will take place from the first access or use of the Application. If the User does not agree with the provisions of this document, he must not use Control Chiller.

Data Collection: Access Account

Control Chiller will keep, in its database, all information related to the User's access to the Application, including the pages accessed, the times and dates of access, and the access device used, but not limited to the IP address, in accordance with current legislation. To investigate practices that may cause any harm to Control Chiller, including the commission of crimes in virtual environments, such records may be used in internal or public investigations.

The User's personal data entered by him and about him voluntarily in the navigation process of the Application, other than those identified here, may be collected by Control Chiller. Control Chiller may also access public or private databases to confirm the veracity of the personal data provided by the User.

1. Use of data: Advertising via direct mail, email, MMS or SMS

The User, when acquiring our equipment and completing the registration of his contact details, will have the option to accept or prohibit the sending of advertising messages. 1. Data storage

The User declares to be the legitimate holder of their personal data and may, at any time, use the Application tools to edit, update or remove them preventively from our database.

All data collected by Control Chiller will be stored in its protected and secure databases. Being accessed only through computerized processes, authorized professionals and in the cases listed in this Policy.

There is the possibility of backing up data from up to 2 (two) previous weeks, by requesting Control Chiller support, and a fee may be charged for restoring. Remembering that, the backup will only happen on Friday.

If the User requests the deletion of their data from the database, Control Chiller reserves the right to keep the data in question in backup copies for up to 6 (six) months, in order to comply with legal obligations of mandatory custody.

2. Sharing and disclosure of data
Control Chiller, concerned with the confidentiality of the User's personal data, undertakes not to disclose, share, give access to, facilitate access to, rent, sell, exchange or make such information available in any other way to third parties, under any circumstances. pretext, except in cases expressly authorized by the User.

It should be noted that disclosure of personal data may occur through a court order, and the disclosure will only occur to the extent necessary to comply with the court order, remaining confidential the data not required by the authority in question.

3. Data transmitted without request from Control Chiller

Control Chiller develops all its policies and activities independently, rejecting any accusation or allegation of exploitation of unsolicited content.

4. Security measures
Control Chiller adopts advanced technological resources to guarantee the security of all personal data collected and stored, access being restricted to qualified persons obliged by contract, not being able to use them improperly and having to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
