The SCREW Line from Qualiterme was specially developed to meet the needs of large-scale industrial processes, with capacities ranging from 200,000 to 1,200,000 kcal/h. Equipped with next-generation screw compressors, this line ensures outstanding performance with high durability, low vibration levels, and maximum energy efficiency.

With advanced technology, the compressors feature sliding load control and an economizer system that allows cooling capacity modulation without interruptions. This provides operational flexibility, enabling the unit to operate at 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of its capacity according to the process needs.

The SCREW Line models are also equipped with high-performance plate heat exchangers, microchannel condensers optimized for R-134a refrigerant, pressure-controlled fans, soft starters for smooth startup, and a robust electronic system with PLC controllers and touch screen HMI. Remote monitoring is available via the exclusive Control Chiller app, offering full control and real-time safety.

Each compressor features an independent circuit and control system, ensuring greater safety, simplified maintenance, and more efficient operation.
